Erdem Turkkal joined to TDG

With effect from August 1, 2025, Erdem Turkkal is appointed Head of Consultancy, reporting to Batur Erdogan, Global CEO.
Erdem Turkkal joined TDG in 2025 as a Board Member. He held consultancy and management roles in different companies. Erdem has 35+ years of experience in management and consulting in telco, pharma, finance, insurance, FMCG, e-commerce and tech industries. He has given consultancy about Leadership and Management Development, Competency based Training & Development Programs, Sales Academy, Sales Management Coaching, Executive Coaching, Group and Team Coaching, Strategy and Vision Workshops, Team Building and Collaboration Workshops, Mentoring Programs.
He has built and managed high-performing, cross-functional & cross-cultural teams in different sectors.
He is a graduate in Electronics Engineering from Istanbul Technical University in Istanbul.
