UX/UI Designer & Developer

TDG System Integration is looking for new colleagues for our team, who will support us as UX/UI Designer & Developer with following tasks;

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
Create design concepts, develop interactive prototypes, conduct experiments and deliver applications
Plan, set up, and execute usability tests
Able to bring own perspective to illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
Plan and lead ideation sessions collaborating cross-functionally
Create original graphic designs by bringing your own perspective to the table

Qualifications:

Min 3+ years of experience designing responsive web apps, websites, mobile and design systems for a SaaS or similar product
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field like Graphic Design, Visual Communication UX Design, or have extensive UX and UI design experience
Strong analytical and communication skills with a result-oriented and self-motivated profile
Familiar with HTML, CSS, and front-end framework that you can communicate with engineers easily
Familiar with Design systems, Invision, Sketch, and Figma
Deep knowledge of UX/UI patterns
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
