TDG Global is looking for new colleagues for our team, who will support us as Administrative Assistant with following tasks;
- Directly support the Executive Director with logistics, meeting materials and Board of Directors communications including quarterly meetings, annual meetings etc.
- Coordinate and attend Board Meetings outside of standard office hours.
- Execution of accounting process
- Reporting of the financial results and discussing the status of reports
- Assisting customers (and partners) during invoicing, payment and collection process
- Assisting employees during HR, IT, Marketing, Finance process
- Ensure high quality documentation of accounting process
- Strong sense of analytical thinking and eager to learn
- Driver/enabler personality with an efficiency focused mind
- Openness to changes and self-development
- Wish to self-develop in technical and domain knowledge
- Highly committed personality, and a desire to achieve
- A great team member
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Experience in MS Office tools, Social Media Usage, IT Related Tools
- Minimum License Degree in leading university
- Self-motivated, Customer Focus, Professional Ethics, Team Work
- No restriction to travel locally / internationally
- Non-smoking is must
- Hourly Contract
