– Nowadays, many companies run their business remotely. Learn about remote working principles before applying to the role. Also, learn about their hiring processes: Are all the processes going on online? Researching for their hiring specialist before you meet them will prepare you for the interview. -Find your strengths and weaknesses and be honest with yourself while doing so. Know what your weaknesses are and educate yourself on these subjects.
