Steps to be taken in Digitalization (in the COVID-19 Age) – 1

Concerning the first step, our suggestion is about the new realities, which the virus epidemic has exacted to workers in the crisis. The problems that are experienced in the following issues should be solved quickly and safely: Unable to take advantage of benefit of human resources and used technology sufficiently, being unable to do business trip, becoming history of physical meetings in company, unable to settle down to current tasks for some companies, inadequacy of crisis management and urgent action plan, disconnections and disruptions in the business processes, weakness in cash-flow-management, the problems of acquiring, evaluating and collecting of data. So, it is important to renew, be articulated, be made economic, dynamic and safe the existing digital background. And this is one of the steps that can be realized quickly.

Corporate agile, i.e. the concept of speed and flexibility in decision processes, contains the collaborative innovation, which provides to predict the opportunities and risks. Now let’s check on the details of getting most efficiency institutionally with economic and active digital background.

First of all, we are of the opinion that The Road Map Preliminary to Corporate Agile must be setted on below mentioned three elements.

  • Instruments (Technology Architecture)

Competent and skilled human resources; active and advanced technological background; ecosystem friendly, based on mutual trust and collaborative business systematics; high insight, which is had in consequence of brainstorming, innovative thinking and studying of quality big data analysis; business intelligence; pointed predictions; speed and flexibility in decision processes can be maximized.

The paradigm shift in business model and corporate processes with the mentioned Digital Transformation Project, which will put into practice; undecentralized managing capacities, mobility (data and information-flow,  independence of location and time, private), KIPs, Managerial Risk Management (to manage the unavoidable and to avoid the unmanageable), Financial Management, Project and Portfolio Management, new concept ERP, SCM, CRM, HCM, IoT, Cloud applications and Artificial Intelligence with Big Data. These Instruments are basis to use.
